Simple and satisfying, this colorful soup contains a hearty
mix of bowtie pasta, cannellini beans, onion and
diced tomatoes that's perked
up with garlic, parsley and grated Parmesan.
And just before we serve this colorful medley, we
dice up one more luscious avocado, toss with lime juice, and then gently stir into the
mix.
But essentially, they're similar to eating beef patties, but made of finely chopped chicken,
diced sweet potatoes and finely sliced spring onions, all
mixed together with a few delicious tasting spices that bring the dish
up several notches.

Mix it
up wait a few hours for the caraway taste to develop.

Day 2 I fried onions in a pan, added the leftover chicken,

diced tomatoes with cilantro, green chili's and rolled them
up, topped with enchilada sauced and mex cheese.

With regards to using the vegetables, here in Romania people boil peeled whole vegetables, carrots, parsnips, potatoes and then once they have been used for stock these vegetables are
diced up mixed with meat (again boiled for stock)
mixed with mayonnaise to make a salad.
Also, my peanut butter wasn't being cooperative and was refusing to
mix with the natural oil, so
mixing that all
up for the dressing was somewhat of a struggle, but if you have cooperative peanut butter and perhaps a food processor to
dice everything for you, this should be a piece of cake!
I also appreciate combat being handled by
dice because it brings a little randomness into the
mix without it being overpowering — sending Vikings on a sea voyage to slay a beast or just tasking them with fighting a troll is more interesting when you have to weigh
up how many you should send.
