Here's a super simple
recipe I make:
mix together equal
parts coconut oil and baking soda and a few drops
of peppermint essential oil (you can also use cinnamon essential oil).
Suffice to say that, upon the first moments
of rising, after a cleansing elixir

of my 750 ml glass with filtered water,

Anyway, there was no real
recipe, it was just more a matter
of mixing together an egg, some milk, and some flour until the batter was the right consistency, and then cooking them in a hot, non-stick pan (the non-stick
part is important!).
The most important
part to any beef short rib
recipe is to get a nice crispy coating to the exterior
of the meat by dredging it in some flour
mixed with spices and slightly pan-frying it in some oil until all sides are slightly golden brown.
Converted to gluten - free by using a gluten - free brownie
mix and almond flour instead
of wheat flour so I can't speak to the brownie
part of the
recipe, but the cream cheese flavored with bourbon really elevated these brownies and made them perfect for a holiday event.

part in the virtual vegan potluck.Last November I loved being
part of the potluck with my Freekeh and
mixed vegetables
recipe.
I totally forgot to
mix in the butter / oil that was
part of the original
recipe, and they came out absolutely fantastic.
I simplified this
recipe even more in a lot
of ways, by using frozen bagged carrots, peas, and corn instead
of celery and carrot, I skipped the sautéing
part and just
mixed the raw onion and garlic with the mixture, I skipped the walnut toasting
part and just added it in, I did all my chopping in the food processor, I used the food processor to grate the apple and used an apple instead
of apple butter in the sauce and just processed it til it was slightly chunky.
Instead
of the chocolate chips, I
mixed equal
parts almond butter, cocoa, and coconut oil; then I used a half tablespoon agave (I only used a 1/2 T in the main
recipe as well).
Although most whole foods do contain protein so there is definitely protein in this smoothie
mix, but we will add more protein to our Green Thickies as
part of the
recipe.
I just made this
recipe, but substituted the almond flour with 3
parts coconut flour and 1
part tapioca flour (I doubled the
recipe so the final
mix was 3/4 cup each coconut and tapioca flour and 2 cups
of coconut milk).
This blend
of spices, with its
mix of Malay and Indian influences, can be used in South African
recipes calling for curry powder or in
recipes from other
parts of the continent.
However, I will say that my favorite
part of this
recipe was using the tofu ricotta
mixed into the pasta before baking, so if you are short on time, make this and use the jarred sauce -LSB-...]
Honey is the main star
of this dessert and because honey is such a delicate flavour at the best
of times, there is quite a bit
of it in this
recipe, 120 millilitres (1/2 cup)
mixed into the base itself and then another few teaspoons drizzled on top for the swirly
part.
To help make this bread turn out perfectly asap, I
mixed and mashed
parts of the aforementioned glutenous, sugar - laden bread with a nice grain - free pumpkin spice bread
recipe I found (don't remember where how I found it!).
