mixture and provide some starchy goodness.
Grind 1/4 pound
of bacon and 1/2 cup pitted prunes in a food processor, then add to onion
mixture along with 1 1/2 pounds

ground pork, 2 eggs and 1/3 cup chopped parsley Mix it together, gently, with your hands.
For the meat: — 1 pound

We added some jalepeno slices to the
ground beef mixture and a bit
of garlic powder, plus extra black pepper.
Place 1/4
of the
ground beef mixture on top and then the pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce.
Stir to combine, then spoon on top
of ground beef mixture.
In a large bowl add
ground beef mixture, noodles, black beans, corn, salsa, sour cream and 2 cups
of cheese.
In a large bowl, combine 1/2 c
of the ketchup, the
ground beef, the crushed saltines, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, eggs and onion
mixture and mix well.
To Assemble: Spread the
ground beef mixture on top
of the cooked tater tot crust.
Spoon

of lettuce in each bowl.
Add all
of the remaining chopped
mixture to the
ground beef.
Combine
ground beef, potatoes, rutabaga, carrots, onion, salt, pepper and 6 tablespoons
of the bouillon

Add cooked
ground beef mixture and all
of the additional ingredients to a large crock pot and stir.
Put half
of the
ground beef mixture in the bottom
of the prepared baking dish.
Add remaining
ground beef mixture, a layer
of chopped tomato, onion, chopped lettuce, and the shredded cheese.

I used bechamel sauce instead
of yogurt
mixture and use
ground beef instead
of turkey.
We started with the best lower - fat meat choices, either
ground sirloin (15 percent fat) or extralean
ground beef (a
mixture of different cuts), which varies between 9 and 15 percent fat.
