Stir well and place into
popsicle molds, or, if you're feeling particularly lazy, just put the
mixture back in the yogurt container
with a plastic fork
sticking out the top.
If you don't have
popsicle molds, you could easily pour the
mixture into small paper cups
with a
popsicle stick inserted into the middle, then simply tear off the paper cup when ready to serve.
Fill up the molds
with the milk
mixture making sure to go back over any molds
with cake that soaked up more milk than others then place the top on the mold if you have one and insert the
popsicle sticks.
Once the
mixture is mostly air bubble - free, pour it into your
popsicle mold, top
with raspberries (you'll want to break them into smaller pieces) and cacao nibs, assemble
sticks, then transfer the mold to the freezer for at least 12 hours (although 24 hours is best).
If you can't see yourself making enough
popsicles to make it worthwhile to buy one, you can freeze the
mixture in little cups instead
with popsicle sticks in them.
Pour
mixture into
popsicle molds (or small paper cups
with a
popsicle stick) and freeze overnight.
