So, I then bought a 35
mm lens, which works perfectly for pretty much everything I
need to shoot — and is the
lens that stays on my camera 99 % of the time.
For a while, I was only shooting with my 50
mm lens, but soon realized I was going to
need something with more scope, especially for a wedding I shot in 2014.
but I really
need to run and buy that 50
mm lens.
It's a fixed focus
lens so there are no zoom options but at 50
mm we find this perfect for portraits and street photography without the
need to get too close to the subject.
I had to bail out early as one of our team got hit in the head by his board and
needed some stitches, so here's the photos that I shot before leaving the 1000
mm lens in Ketut's capable hands.
All up I reckon with 400
mm lens and converter / battery grip, we are going to
need around AU$ 4,000.00 Any amount you could spare will help big time.
The interface is basically a set of buttons which
need to be clicked on to change the active crosshair: hand (
needed to pick up additional equipment or medi packs for healing), 50
mm lens, telephoto
lens (for small and far off animals) and a rifle (shooting hunters which try to hurt the player).
