this mode against another human player in split - screen, or you can even use the PS2's i.Link feature to daisy - chain up to four PS2s with multiple copies of Armored Core 3 for some four - player action.

It's a pretty decent
mode if you think you've really got the hang of the controls because you'll be playing
against another
human that is bound to be less perfect than the AI in the single -
player mode.
Like so many games, Skydrift offers a single -
player campaign and an online multiplayer offering — the former option acts a lot like a training
mode with AI controlled opponents filling in for the
human opposition that you're fighting
against online.
Network is a
mode that let's you and your friends challenge
against other
human players online.
In addition, the game also features a six -
player Survival
mode that pits a
human squad
against a nonstop onslaught of the largest enemies the aliens have to offer.
The brilliance of such a
mode in a UFC title can be appreciated when jumping into the online division wherein
players can string win streaks and become defending champions of their weight class while doing battle
against human opponents.
While I've not had any time during pre-release to play online
against human opponents — my battles have been mainly
against normal or higher AI in arcade, versus and story
mode — I feel confident that I can at least make other
players work for their wins.
Featuring a new story, two online multiplayer

player «TV show» themed Pay - Per - View event that pits
humans against zombies), thousands of on - screen zombies and more, Dead Rising 2 takes zombie survival horror to a whole new level.

player mode of sorts for around a year now, but that just plonked you in regular ol' battles
against the AI, or in «hotseat» battles
against your fellow
humans.
Players can duke it out
against AI or
human opponents in slickly rendered tables and environments, engaging in quick match play, tournaments, or a career
mode.
The debut effort from Freejam Games allows
players to create their own robots, share their creations online and fight
against AI and
human combatants in huge environments in a host of different
modes, utilising dozens and dozens of unique sci - fi weaponry and traversal options.
A.I. during online multiplayer is a positive design choice as it means that a
player who can not immediately find other
human players can instead enjoy online multiplayer
modes against A.I. in race and elimination event types in addition to co-operatively with A.I. and
against A.I. in team focused event types throughout battle
mode.
In the action - oriented strategy game,
players will fight quick, visceral battles
against AI opponents in single -
player mode or a
human opponent in two -
player mode.
Online, you can play one of two ways: you can either get into individual battles
against other
human players, pitting your knight team
against theirs, or you can join the war
mode.
Compete
against the AI in the game's Arcade
mode long enough and you'll have enough practice under your belt to experience the real thrill:
human players online (for the first time ever!).
And if you don't want to play
against human players, you can play in a single
player mode, although this is a lot less fun.

You can easily switch between these depending on whether you're playing
against the enemy AI or
against other
human players in the Crucible, the game's competitive multiplayer
mode.
In addition to story
mode, the game also includes multiplayer where you shoot it out
against other
human players, and an asynchronous multiplayer
mode where you and your opponent design custom zombie hordes and unleash them on each other.
While the single
player mode tests your skills, the multiplayer is surely whole lot of fun because you race
against human opponents and probably friends trying to compete to reach the finish line.
Bungie is also adding a ranked
mode for its competitive Crucible multiplayer
mode, which pits
humans against other
humans (as opposed to
against artificial intelligence - powered enemies), as well as private matches so
players can compete directly
against friends and have more control over the Crucible experience.
