My mom had surgery and I needed my license ASAP.
I've had a busy past couple weeks at the salon since
my mom had a surgery.
Although the waiting room at the hospital where
my mom had surgery this summer did have charging stations, and free internet access.
I had originally planned to have them all packed up and shipped by Friday, August 8th, BUT, I'm thinking it'll be more like Friday, August 15th because we'll be visiting my family from the 7th - 12th, and Kevin's

have perfectly healthy
moms who may need to labor for 2 days, competing for bed space, nursing and hospital resources, right along with the
moms who
have had surgery, someone is NOT getting the care and support that they really need.
Then they
would have the time to really spend with their patients, address concerns, and take their time with «natural - ish cesareans» Reducing the overall number of women in the hospital giving birth (by
having a system that supports low risk, healthy
moms birthing their babies at home with trained professionals like CPM's and CNM's)
would allow
moms who birthed through
surgery to stay in the hospital longer and receive the one - on - one medical care that they so very much deserve.
Preemies, baby's born with health concerns, and babies of
moms who follow a Vegan diet or
have had weight loss
surgery may need additional supplements, as well.
I'm on baby center, most people are sensible but some are just insane (as in jumping on a
mom who is going to
have a scheduled CS between 37 - 38 weeks because she
had uterine
surgery less than 3 months before getting pregnant)
For example; if a
mom can't produce enough breast milk, baby can't latch,
mom is a sexual violence survivor and breastfeeding is a trigger, baby
has jaundice,
mom has a medical condition, baby
has an intolerance to breast milk,
mom is on a medication that is not OK for breastfeeding, baby is adopted,
mom had breast
surgery or breast cancer, baby is in the NICU and needs special food,
mom has to go back to work, baby
has lost weight,
mom has postpartum depression, baby is not thriving on breast milk, or
mom simply doesn't want to (which is far from least important), and, well, the list goes on.
Some
moms report feeling lack of closure when they
have surgery rather than passing their baby naturally, while others
would rather not
have the experience of giving birth to their deceased child.
But pulling a muscle or fracturing a bone during pregnancy often means that
mom has to continue to suffer until baby is born, especially if she
has an injury that requires
surgery or high - level pain management.
However, if the
mom wasn't scheduled for
surgery or any labor augmentation, she could still be pregnant nearly a month after her «due date,» which may
have been what her boss was counting on.
Immediately after
surgery, most
moms have pretty good pain control; so that part is a little bit helpful for them to not to be worrying about incisional pain.
C - Section
moms have it even worse because
surgery creates even more water build up.
While some

have to supplement their breast milk with formula — which even women without implants sometimes

surgery don't impact the milk ducts or nipples.
Some women need more time to get things going (especially first - time

have had a c - section, since their body is also working super hard at recovering from major abdominal

Women were BUILT to give birth, OBGYNs are glorified surgeons, oh a BTW what about leaving sponges inside women, and all kinds if issues that come with
surgery, and the fact that a hospital is full of germs and sick people, where as at home its the same environment
moms been in the whole pregnancy... Hospitals smeared midwives when they first started cutting babies out, and they continue to do it, I wouldn't be surprised if they lied about the stats
I was nervous that the
moms there
would judge me badly for feeding my baby with a bottle, but they were incredibly supportive that I was still pumping, even though my baby wouldn't nurse, and they were very understanding about my reality that I couldn't make enough milk because I
'd had breast reduction
surgery.
