What really gets me is when people say ALL bloggers who go to Nestle are X or ALL bloggers who boycott Nestle are Y. Or worse, «Here's why PR won't engage with mommybloggers
Which is sad, but no different than many other credulous, crunchy mommybloggers out there (like one of your commenters above, who is soooo sad she lives in an area with «surrounded by gallons of formula, babies scarred from CIO, and people spanking right in front of me.».
People asking questions were called «crackpots» and «loony toons» and «idiots» while mommybloggers claimed that they were being «attacked» by people who were «hijacking their hash tag.»
I have one person who blocked me b / c I refused to agree with her that «all those mommybloggers» should be more concerned about her pet cause.
The name calling, the inappropriate jokes, and the total disregard for the serious nature of Nestle's infractions are the kinds of things that make «mommybloggers» look like raving lunatics.

For the comments to this post, is easy to infer that the readers of this blog is almost 100 % mommybloggers and mom - preneurs.

Serious questions about business practices like using chocolate made with slave labour fell by the wayside, and people dismissed this as a mommyblogger catfight, though people like me were involved (and I'm about the furthest thing from a mommyblogger you could possibly imagine).
