coal cleaner, but there is a valuation there
on whether it is better to do that than shift to gas, for example, which would be a regional decision depending
on all available options.
with all the
money being spent
on the perfection of
clean coal (which i think is the silliest solution for energy yet, pffft, putting it underground is just hiding it and will most likely affect the techtonic plates with the pressure of the gas and the digging down) it could be invested into alternative energy sources.
