If I was not a heavy Apple user and wanted an open (ish), user - friendly, good value
for money tablet for reading ebooks (and doing a little gaming and other stuff on the side) I would go for a Google Nexus 7, 32Gb with 3G / LTE.
The Hi 10 Plus is another Chuwi device that seems to fit the criteria as a value - for - money tablet PC
The best thing about it is the optional Full HD screen, while the worst thing is the price, since there are cheaper and better alternatives, like the 2560 × 1600 Asus Transformer Pad TF701, the outgoing Samsung Galaxy Tab S with keyboard, the top end Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet, or the great Lenovo Tab 2 A10 - 70, in my opinion the best value for
money tablet on the market right now.
