With the new Google Fit app, your watch can do much more to track your exercises in Android Wear — count reps,
monitor stair climbing, calculate distances traveled on foot or by bike, etc. — but the coolest feature of the Fit app, Strength Training, isn't available on the Style.

It's one thing to know how many
stairs you
climb in a day, but another to know your boss can
monitor your heart rate, water intake, or activity levels on a sick day.
When tracking cycling, for instance, it adds a number of steps and
stairs climbed to your daily total, presumably based on your exertions as calculated by the HR
monitor and your elevation as calculated by the altimeter.
It also accurately detected the flights of
stairs I
climbed, and the heart rate
monitor was better than expected.
The Activity app
monitors movement throughout the day — steps taken,
stairs climbed, calories burned — and conveys it to both the Watch and, in greater detail, the iPhone.
Like any Fitbit (or fitness tracker, for that matter), the Versa actively amasses daily activity data such as the number of steps taken, calories burned, and
stairs climbed, while also actively
monitoring heart rate — among many others.
When it comes to daily activity - tracking, the fēnix Chronos is ready to
monitor users» sleep quality, steps taken,
stairs climbed and calories burned.
There are four to choose from, all with simple and uncluttered designs — my favorite includes a little
monitor for your heart rate, step count and flights of
stairs climbed.
As for tracking, the Fitbit Charge 2 packs the ability to automatically log quite a few different basic stats, including constant heart rate
monitoring, steps, calories burned, flights of
stairs climbed, and sleep quality.
