If you watch what your child eats over the course
of a week or a
month, you'll see that he does a pretty
good job
of getting what he needs from different
food groups (as long as you offer a variety).
Babies under the age
of four
months should never be weaned onto solid
foods, and it's
best to wait until at least six
months in most situations.
Rather a
good way
of preventing
food allergies is exclusively breast - feeding a high - risk infant for at least four
months; this decreases the chance
of having certain allergies during the first two years
