Actually, I can easily think of a case
in which the

There is, I suggest, a Christian answer to the
moral problem, not
in the form of a solution to every particular
moral choice, but
in the form of a deeper understanding of the
moral life itself.

in accordance with that se - xual orientation, somehow involves

And some gay people feel that gay sex is wrong (and many have at some point
in their lives), so they are clearly capable of taking a
moral stand on the issue (without the physical components of their brains being any different than someone who makes a different

And now that so many deeds that once were thought to place a soul
in the balance have become matters of
moral indifference, most of the
choices we make are by definition unimportant, and the heroism or antiheroism of
moral choice is all but impossible.
The big issue as I see it, the one I identified
