I want to add
more Tumeric to my food because of it's many health benefits - anti inflammatory, anti-cancer, anti and reversal!
A good recipe that can help you get
more tumeric in your diet is chicken coconut curry.
I've been trying to incorporate
more tumeric into my diet for its anti-inflammatory properties and this milk is going to help quite a bit!
This is pretty much all of my favourites in one (plus
the more tumeric in my diet the better) + I can't wait to make these at the weekend!

I was a bit carefull with the
tumeric, but next time I will add some
more.
Get creative and go for all sorts of colours - bright pink (raspberries,
more beetroot), yellow (
tumeric), green (spirulina), purple (acai powder), etc!
I take
Tumeric and want to buy
more but from what I've read I should take the purer form Curcumin but apparently some people can't break it down to get the benefits.
I would stay clear of
tumeric until
more is known about how it affects estrogen.
The article states that fish oil may be even
more effective when taken with
tumeric (see below).
I ingest close to 3000 mg of
Tumeric extract a day, and even then it feels like I need
more.
Couldn't really taste anything because of the other ingredients, but I was happy to have the health benefits none - the-less I need to sneak
tumeric into my foods
more often.
I am a size 0 with little to no fat on top and a size 14 on bottom and have been on a plant based diet for 6 months and take
tumeric supplements and have not seen reduction in the swelling in my legs, although I do have
more focus, energy, and memory increased noticably.

tumeric (i have amalgam fillings and read the entry by the person who said alpha lipoic acid reacted badly in combination with amalgam fillings for her friend, so i avoided that supplement just in case it is true)
