more to taste ** 1/3 cup peanuts, chopped 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 1 lime, cut into wedges * you could alternatively use chicken or shrimp if you

Are you
vegan, plant - based, or thinking
about making the transition over to eating a

about where you'll get high quality protein and other important nutrients if you give up eating meat or dairy?
The most common replacement in these recipes
is flax eggs (you can learn

vegan substitutions article), but there
are several things that you can replace eggs with.
If you
are concerned
about calories, adding additional toppings like
vegan cheese, sour cream and
more, will up the calorie count of this recipe depending on how much you add.
