about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are soft.
I use
about 2 - 3 cups distilled
water, a few teaspoons of baby soap, a few teaspoons of
coconut oil and then
about 5 - 10 drops of lavender oil (or
more I really just add it until it smells good).»
