We generally place our
program rescue dogs in
foster homes so that we can learn
more about them in a family situation and observe their behavior.
For example, solicitation of donations to reduce the number of dogs in shelters must contain information
about the
programs that will be conducted to reach the goal, i.e., funding low - cost spay and neuter clinics; providing animal welfare education to the community; establishing a

program or an obedience
program to make dogs
more adoptable; buying a van to serve as a mobile adoption center, etc..
