more vegetables, drinking a lot of water, slowly chewing your food, taking fat burner supplements, eating lots of bacon if you're on a Keto diet (come to think of it, that's not that bad), trying all sorts of natural weight - loss foods, sometimes even eating raw foods and the list goes on and on.

about everyone can restore a proper metabolic rate, what I've found is that many previous rounds of
dieting train the body to slow its metabolism down faster and stop weight loss
more quickly — as well as regain it faster post-diet.
We've talked
about these changes in previous podcasts, but here are a few ways your body adapts to
dieting, or in
more clear terms, this is why most people think
dieting sucks.
One of the main reasons I wanted to write over at Carbsmart.com is that I wanted
more low carbers to learn
about how processed foods and common food allergens can shoot our
dieting efforts in the foot because they are so inflammatory.
