I know you have written
about it before on the blog, but I think its findings are actually

The benefit is that I also know exactly how much lean weight I have, 130 lbs, which will make calculations for my desired protein intake
more accurate (although calculating my exact

about all you need), lower it and give yourself
more of another
macro.

more carbs than you were suppose too DO NOT DO THIS OR QUIT DOING THIS.
If an A TO Z study was done looking at feeding window then analysed we might know
more about the relative effects of time restricted vs
macro nutrients on health and longevity.
