When an issue arises in a manner that demands a
more direct response, it is advantageous
to have immediate
access to legal representation that can move quickly beyond advising
to begin constructing and implementing a successful strategy.
However, we must be careful not
to think about
access to justice as simply a question of how
to provide
more litigants with
legal representation in the courts.
However, by providing them with
access to new information and insights,
legal analytics can help litigators provide clients with better
representation more efficiently, and ensure they are
more competitive — both in the courtroom and the
legal marketplace.

to lawyers» clients, who already struggle with the cost of
