The chia seeds continue to absorb the liquid they are in so you may need to water your pudding down with some
more almond milk if you leave it till the
next day.
Although I made mine with 70 % chocolate, you could also use
milk chocolate for a
more indulgent treat — Green & Black's
milk almond chocolate is

I used 5tsp of Truvia Nectar, maybe I need to add

If the sweetness is too much and you want to reduce it by that amount,
next time I would add 1/2 a cup of liquid to the mix (

almond milk, etc.) to offset that.

almond milk - add 1/2 cup if you like a less liquid consistency, or add up to 3/4 cup if you want it on the runnier side (I prefer mine with a bit
more almond milk).
I tried making it tonight and turned out really good, then i tried honey roasted peanut butter, execelent good and nutrious and ya know whats in this stuff,
