big pan that is preheated for a while, or dividing it into multiple
pans — it tastes best when the veggies are cooked at a fairly high heat, and added a lot of them at once to a small

more dense and fudgy so I'm sure cut into squares they were very cakey brownie reminiscent.
I would love this recipe even
more if it made a larger amount to fit a
bigger loaf
pan: 9 x 5 x 3 inches.
I tested it this weekend before the
big event on Thursday — I think I used too
big of a spring form
pan as my batter was only about 1/4 inch thick — ended up
more like a piece of fudge.
Also, I didn't have two sheets
big enough for this purpose, so I put each
pan on a separate single sheet and it worked out fine (as far as I know — maybe it would have been even
more amazing if I smartly invested in
more baking sheets).
I usually roast a
big pan of veggies every few days, use them for meals until they're gone, and then roast

more so when you're crowded into a wall by a

more to make it a gourmet cooks dream kitchen and large enough to prepare meals for a
