more fat into their diet.
While bulletproof
coffee isn't anything new, «bulletproof» has come to mean
more than just adding a tablespoon of grass - fed, unsalted
butter to your java.
Ever since I started adding collagen to my
butter coffee every morning, I've noticed smoother, softer skin,
more regular digestion and less joint pain.
And then, as these things happen, while walking past a
coffee shop on Sunday, I abruptly decided my husband and I needed a re-up, and while in there even
more abruptly decided we had to split the last peanut

Maybe a

Coffee Creamer!
Ideally, your meals and snacks will contain
more protein so I recommend adding some of your favorite nut
butter, greek - style yogurt (plant - based or regular), or eating with a cup
coffee or tea with added collagen peptides.
Almond Flour For almond flour, I prefer to use a blender or
coffee grinder, as the chop is finer and keeps the nuts from releasing too much of their natural oil which will make it
more of a flour texture as opposed to
butter.

One of the reasons Bulletproof
Coffee works is when you're blending the
butter and specifically the brain octane you get small micelles the cross the gut barrier
more easily.
He also has introduced the use of a «fat» based
coffee in the morning which contains

I often drink
coffee with coconut oil and feel great afterwards but if I add
butter, I will be... hungry for
more within an hour or two.
More coffee or tea with
butter / coconut oil / MCT Oil (if you handle caffeine well).
Using a high - quality
coffee source, such as Bulletproof
coffee (that doesn't contain mycotoxins), with grass - fed
butter and MCT oil can be a great way to give your body an extra supply of healthy fats, which will allow your body to produce
more ketones for fuel (these fats are also anti-inflammatory).
I tend to do a lot of uh -
butter coffee, MCT and collagen in the morning on days that I'm
more stressed I will do uhm - eat a bigger breakfast that will add up some eggs, and bacon and grass fed all that good stuff.
These foods include rice and other grains, pasta, beans (learning to cook dried beans is an important part of plastic - free living), seeds, nuts, all kinds of flour, baking soda and other dry baking ingredients, cereal and granola, pretzels and chips, some candy, tofu, oils, nut
butters, olives, herbs, tea &
coffee, and
more things than I can think of right now.
Bulletproof is much
more than just non-moldy

butter and oil; in fact it is an entirely new way of eating!

However, I find that half a tablespoon of
butter and half a tablespoon of coconut oil is
more than enough (sometimes I just do one or the other) to froth up my

butter, and used 3 dates instead of the sugar / maple syrup / honey option.
