You can be creative with adding your spin on the tart crust; you can
add more cacao powder or use any kind of nuts or even mix them up!
Or you could substitute the chopped dark chocolate
with more cacao powder (less fat) but it might taste too bitter (you may need more sweetener).
Perhaps try adding
more cacao for a deeper chocolate taste and make sure you use really ripe avocados to get a super smooth texture!
Keeping in mind, you may have to increase the sweetener if you add a
lot more cacao to keep the flavour balanced.
Form into desired number of balls, roll the first batch
in more cacao powder and the second in more coconut.
I personally don't taste the avocado, but if you do, feel free to
add more cacao powder or vanilla extract.
I made them and they were a little sweaty so melted it again and added
more cacao powder.
I
used more cacao powder and less carob in the first two batches, but I'm so glad I decided to try it the other way around for the third batch as in my opinion less cacao and more carob works better with beets.
Next time I will add
more cacao even though I did it to taste and the mix was chocolatey in its raw form — just not so much when it was cooked.

contains more cacao and less sugar than milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate.

I tripled the recipe, added a

Dark chocolate containing 60 percent or
more cacao had the most dramatic effect on attention levels.
Taste and adjust the flavors, adding more dates (or maple syrup if you want it sweeter) and
more cacao powder if you want it richer.
If you want it thicker, you need to add
some more cacao powder to the mixture, but you might need some more maple to balance the flavours.
I topped brownies with melted dark chocolate — I used raw one made with 100 % cacao, but you can use the one with 80 % or
more cacao, just make sure it's made with unrefined sugar.
Note: Gummies can be tailored by adding
more cacao or none at all or try using different extracts or flavorings.
Feel free to add
more cacao or dates, as needed to suit your tastes.
I'd add
more cacao powder plus some maca powder and some cacao nibs.
Add
more cacao or cashew flour if batter is too wet.
Hm, next time add
more cacao, and keep it in a cool place:) Cacao or cocoa butter instead of coconut oil may also help.
