It's really quite a charming little
game, and is quite
challenging as
more of a
puzzle game than an actual RPG.
These
puzzles range from old adventure
game staples like wiring electrical currents, to
more interesting and
puzzling affairs like having to unlock a lock with a dozen or so holes, each of which you can only pass through once in order to solve the
challenge (this one was pretty cool).
The
game itself only has 15 levels, personally I think that is
more than enough as it very quickly becomes
challenging and in some places, as with all
puzzle games, very frustrating.
There were many
more puzzles and platform
challenges in the original design of the
game, but not all of them made it to the final version of the
game, making the
game too dependent on combat alone.

gamer so they can figure out later levels on their own and maybe feel confident enough to move on to
more challenging games in the Wii's library.
On the other end of the scale, adventure
games were in their prime with titles like Sam and Max and Day of the Tentacle which focused on
puzzles more than combat
challenge and didn't actually allow the player to fail.

game goes on as there is very little in terms of variety in what you need to do.
Later in the
game the
puzzles become
more challenging and bring out some of the best dungeons in a Zelda
game to date.

game catches on and there's demand for
more puzzles, I may do a
puzzle pack with square tiles for those looking for
more challenge.
Snake Pass is a unique
puzzle physics
game presented with bright colours and decent audio, at times it can be extremely
challenging especially for some of the collectables but this doesn't make it off putting, with it's slithering movements and thoughtful obstacles it becomes great fun for children or adults, I would have liked to see
more levels although with some of the ones later in the
game being quite long winded it doesn't feel short, when you bundle that with the time trials for each level you can be playing for hours and hours.
I wouldn't say the
game is difficult, but it is
challenging, and will require multiple attempts for the
more complex
puzzles.
