I did
change it a little: I used much
more chilli powder and fried a bit of onion with the chicken, salted the avocado, made my own roasted pepper (just put a whole red bell pepper on an oiled baking tray
at 200C for 30 min) and added some creme fraiche on
top!
The only
change I made

Whilst 2016 was certainly a year of
change for the food manufacturing sector, 2017 has managed to
top this by throwing even
more upheaval
at the industry...
Wenger has
changed too much from being under budget for
more than a decade, unfortunately it has cost him his ability to adapt to the modern game and it's blatantly obvious, he should simply retire
at the end of this season and and give his job to someone who knows how to challenge for the
top spot in this modern era.
Giroud misses
more than he hits, Walcott has NEVER delivered his expected talent, Welbeck will NEVER be the striker to score 20 goals a season Coqellin will NOT go a whole season injury or suspension free, Sanchez and Ozil WILL have down period during the season, all teams have these problems to a greater or lesser degree but most of the
top teams will address these problems and players either inprove or are sold and replaced with better or
at least
more consistant players, NOT Wenger he keeps doing the same thing over and over with the same players and he expects a different result but gets the same outvome time and time again, yet its ALWAYS someone else's fault be it the Ref or the linesman or the opposition or bad luck or whatever and whoever and its NEVER the fact that HE has done nothing to
change the situation and LOOKS LIKELY to not
change it next time around.
Tuesday night's new Playoff committee
top 25 will include plenty of moves and maybe a temporary
change at the
top, but the pack of contenders should have a few
more days of peace.
I just can't believe that we have become a joke we always start the season well then have a bumpy December and by the time Feb comes our form has taken a dip and we get kicked out of all competitions except for that valuable
top 4 that the board loves so much... ultimately if Arsenal want to compete again we need
changes from the bottom up... Kroenke and his board need to go cause clearly for them profits matter
more than trophies... Wenger needs to go for his lack of tactical naus guy has been using the same fornation since I was in high school and I'm doing my honours in accounting now... our medical team must all go our players always get injured and they never come back in time (take a look
at Santi) players like Coquelin Theo Mesut Gabriel Gibbs Giroud just to name a few need to go they're just not good enough seriously these players lack fight tactical Discipline and tactical awareness...
at the end of the day
change needs to happen things can't keep going like this for us....
On
top of that, there's plenty of other transfer speculation flying about involving the Red Devils, with Jose Mourinho possibly set to make even
more big
changes to his squad
at Old Trafford.
The Arsenal fans who have had enough of Wenger and believe that there must be a
change at the
top were certainly given some
more rope last night after the Foxes beat Liverpool in the first game without their title winning manager and the
change in all of their effort and application on the pitch was clear to see.
Few months back I considered myself a rabid AOB sort of a Piers Morgan type, after some time I came to terms with myself that nothing was going to
change, it did not matter my tirades or how many comments would post, things
at ARSENAL would not
change, our destiny is intertwine with AW till the day he decides is enough for him or his Contract is over, for sure not before that, SO there is no point anymore in pointing AW deficiencies nor trashing the Man, he reached the
top of his abilities and is consistent with that, making the
top 4 reaching the last 16
at the CL and as a BONUS last year maybe this one the FA Cup, reality is he will not reach anything
more and we just have to settle and accept (as he has done) our STATUS QUO a good team but not good enough........
Get an Economics text and read up on supply and demand... you will see that Arsenal is not a
top three team in England, and
at the same time, the game has
changed to make our team even
more insignificant.
A club run by joe Lewis lol when was the last fuking time Spurs won a trophy give it a fuking rest Wenger has won
more trophies then spuds in their whole fuking history Sick of plastic fans constantly knocking the manager and players like you are fuking genius experts in knowing all about football We have the worst fan base in football a bunch of ingrates Why would any
top player come and join Arsenal when they see how fans treat their own players like ozil Lol
at people talking about Spurs and pool fukers don't win any trophies but their fans stay loyal ours turn nasty every game werther we win or lose It won't
change even if we get a new manager they will turn on him
at first defeat What we need is for the vocal minority of plastic key board fans to fuk off and stop bringing the club down Coyg
It s true he did a good job helping the club going throug the stage of
changing stadium and keeping them
at the near
top but the period of not being competitive has lasted too long, Arsenal don t seem to progress no
more with him, let the supporters fight to get back their clubs from those
at the command who don t really care about it.
In recent times, he has come up with
changes that have arguably worked e.g. converting Sanchez into
top 9 last season (he had his most prolific season and now Pep is looking for him now that someone else has unearthed a lot
more potentials in Sanchez which he (Pep) couldn't do
at Barca).
Those wins have included and 3 - 1 over Liverpool and a 2 - 0 over Sevilla that keeps them in the Champions League and
more importantly for us it is the difference in their play after a
change at the
top which has been so remarkable.
Hold on Break - on - through, most FA Cup wins, Longest serving team in the
top league, almost 100 years, highest points under the old two point system, 66 points heated dressing rooms including the floor

more
Definitely no need for panicking but times have

at least 1

hence the deluded ones stupid comment... and who himself doesn't even know how to
change a team over 45 minutes to make it a
more effective winning machine... what is not in doubt is that wenger has created a team and style of play that is less likely to beat
top teams than before on which grounds he needs to go
at end of season
Obviously Wenger had no interest
at all in winning the League Cup which is why he made TEN
changes from the easy Aston Villa win to rest our
top players for this much -
more - important clash.
I can only hope that this attempt is taken
more seriously than the largely muted and clearly unsuccessful protests of late last season... although the plane writing escapade brought some much - needed attention to the matter, it failed to resonate with fence - sitters and those who had just recently fell off the Wenger truck... without a big enough showing of support the whole endeavor appeared relatively weak and poorly organized, especially to the major media outlets, whose involvement could have significantly
changed what was to follow... but I get it, few wanted to turn on their club, let alone make a public display of their discord... problem is, they are preying on that vulnerability, in fact, their counting on you to keep your thoughts to yourself... who are you to tell these fat cats how to steal your money... they have worked long and hard to pull the wool over your eyes... they even went so far as to pay enormous sums of cash to your once beloved professor to be their corporate spokesmodel so that the whole thing would be
more palatable... eventually the club made it appear as if this was simply a relatively small fringe group of highly radicalized supporters, which allowed the pro-Wenger element inside the club hierarchy to claim victory following the FA Cup win... unfortunately what has happened to this club can't be solved by FA Cups or a few players coming in, the very culture of this club needs to be
changed and that starts
at the
top... in order to
change the unhealthy and dysfunctional narrative that has absorbed this club we need to remove everyone who presently occupies a position of power... only then can we get back to the business of playing championship caliber football, which should always be the number one priority of this organization... on an important side note, one of the most devastating mistakes made in the final days of this hectic and poorly planned transfer window didn't have to do with the big name players like Sanchez or Lemar, but the fact that they failed to secure Jadon Sancho, who might even start for Dortmund this season... I think they might seriously regret this oversight... instead of spending so much time, energy and manpower pretending that they were desperately trying to make big moves, they once again lost the plot due to their all too familiar tunnel vision
It seems that football as a whole is stuck with a FIFA organization that is
at best archaic and
at worst institutionally corrupt and until those in the game, but outside FIFA, are able to execute real
change from the
top down, then we can expect
more of the same from Sepp and his cohorts.
Although it will be incredibly difficult to ever match his contributions on the pitch, it's vitally important for a former club legend, like Henry, to publicly address his concerns regarding the direction of this club... regardless of those who still feel that Henry has some sort of agenda due to the backlash he received following earlier comments he made on air regarding Arsenal, he has an intimate understanding of the game, he knows the fans are being hosed and he feels some sense of obligation, both professionally and personally, to tell it like he sees it... much like I've continually expressed over the last couple months, this team isn't evolving under this current ownership / management team... instead we are currently experiencing a «stagnant» phase in our club's storied history... a fact that can't be hidden by simply
changing the formation or bringing in one or two individuals... this team needs fundamental
change in the way it conducts business both on and off the pitch or it will continue to slowly devolve into a second tier club... regardless of the euphoria surrounding our escape act on Friday evening, as it stands, this club is
more likely to be fighting for a Europa League spot for the foreseeable future than a
top 4 finish... we can't hope for the failures of others to secure our place in the
top 4, we need to be the manufacturers of our own success by doing whatever is necessary to evolve as an organization... if Wenger, Gazidis and Kroenke can't take the necessary steps following the debacle they manufactured last season, their removal is imperative for our future success... unfortunately, I strongly believe that either they don't know how to proceed in the present economic climate or they are unwilling to do whatever it takes to turn this ship around... just look
at the current state of our squad, none of our world class players are under contract beyond this season, we have a ridiculous wage bill considering the results, we can't sell our deadwood because we've mismanaged our personnel decisions and contractual obligations, we haven't properly cultivated our younger talent and we might have become one of the worst clubs ever when it comes to way we handle our transfer business, which under Dein was one of our greatest assets... it's time to get things right!!!
Wenger
changed the formation from his classic adaptation of the 442 to the
more attacking 4231; but now he's on board the three
at the back train, with the Gunners looking to finish the season with a
top four spot.
This is a decent article, yet the negatives from fans are still there, I would love to see arsenal like I did
at the end of the 90's and
at the beggining of the 2nd millennium but it doesn't mean in order to do so I would buy all the best players in world, I would get a rich owner to put his filthy money in,
change the manager every 2 years to do so, there's so much wrong in football nowadays that yes it's still a sport but there's
more focus on the filthy amounts of money being spent on clubs and players that I think attracts
more attention than the game itself, now that is wrong and it's very wrong, even our owner though not like the arabs or Russians, yet the yank is clueless about the tradition of our game, it's just sad, so the fact that Wenger has remained for this long through all these
changes that have occurred whilst the money game has elvolved, it makes me happy that arsenal do not spend stupid amounts of money on players, we don't try and buy the league, hell we even tight with wages and transfer fees, I'm glad it's like that, though our season ticket is a rip off I still don't mind it because
at least we are not like the other supreme teams, there's a bit of tradition left
at our club, yet you go to man shitty or Chelski, there is no tradition, it's all about buying ur way all the way to the
top, on the other hand spuds don't know what to make of them besides how the heck have they finished above us?
Arsene Wenger is guaranteed to make wholesale
changes to the Arsenal team that will face Norwich tomorrow evening
at the Emirates, but with the Canaries in
top form it may be
more of a risk than doing it against foreign minnows in the Europa League.
I think BR is doing all right with th eplayers he has but he needs to make some
changes in Jan and then a few
more in the summer before we can start to compete
at the
top end of the league.
But with their current management problems, it is
more likely that they may stay in the Championship for quite some time unless there is a significant
change at the
top.
Nothing a win over the old enemy wouldn't
change, although Arsenal, to their credit, have recovered tremendously well since that harrowing experience
at the Theatre of Dreams, and while they aren't considered title protagonists any
more the Gunners still have every chance of securing Champions League football next season with a
top - four finish.

If Cuomo were serious about «bringing effective
change to State government» he'd be dismantling redundant Authorities and consolidating agencies while sending the parasitic
top management bureaucrats who infest them out in the street to seek private sector employment, where they belong, forcing the sale of all those SUVs issued to bigwigs
at the Office of Children and Family Services to get
more money into the State's coffers, and implementing other radical cost - cutting measures.
I know we have

The paper reports that Labour is intending to try and highlight divisions with Conservative Party over climate

Still, it is undeniable that a variety of 21st - century forces — a new generation in the military, a
change in climate
at the
top levels of the Pentagon, pressure on the president from a critical interest group, even Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand's anticipated Democratic primary battle in New York — converged to begin repeal of a 1993 law that has led to the discharge of
more than 13,000 gay men and lesbians, including desperately needed Arabic translators.
Bill Hare, who leads a group of

While some schools and teachers, like the ones
at Liberty, have fully bought into the

changes happen, in other places Common Core is seen as
more of a

changes in teaching.
One of the reasons Finland has consistently stayed
