I reorganized and revised the original recipe from one in a newspaper — to make the cookies
more chocolatey and intense — by reducing the sugar and butter.
I made these last night, but I used Hershey's Special Dark cocoa, so they came out even
more chocolatey!
And for an even
more chocolatey bundt cake, toss in some mini sugar free chocolate chips into the batter.
Using coconut oil instead of butter gives the brownies
a more chocolatey / melt - in - your - mouth texture.
Using less added fat (oil or butter), and more fat from the chocolate itself, gives these brownies a denser, fresher,
more chocolatey taste than store - bought mixes or most other brownie recipes.

a more chocolatey taste, where as a vanilla based one will overpower it a bit — make sure to leave out the ground vanilla beans if using a flavored powder.

More Chocolatey Than Ever!)
3 / 4C Light spelt flour (or other flour of your choice) 1 / 4C Cocoa 1 / 8t Salt 3 / 4t Baking powder 1 / 2C Coconut sugar (I like to use coconut sugar in my baking as it's less processed than other sweeteners, it's also less sweet than refined sugar so these are
more chocolatey than super sweet, perfect for this chocolate lover) 2T Tahini 2T Oil (I used rapeseed, but any neutral oil is fine) 1T Ground flaxseed 1 / 4C Non-dairy milk (You might need 1 or 2 extra tablespoons of milk if your tahini is very thick.
I added in 1 Tbsp of cocoa powder with the dry ingredients to make
this more chocolatey and used canola oil instead of coconut oil, then when I made it I put the mixture into muffin cups and pressed down as hard as I could with a spoon.
I adapted it to make it much
more chocolatey and moist and yes, 3 layers is a MUST!!
You could totally add that if you wanted
it more chocolatey, but this was a typo.

The amount of chocolate chips is really up to personal preference, I like mine really
chocolatey but you can add in as much as little as you like to your taste, I'll make sure to add this into the recipe to make it
more clear.
