Basically, I brought some of my favorite accessories and heels to give the
outfit a
more dressy look.
Because I have no idea what he has planned for us, I teamed up with Fashion Junkee, an online boutique offering the latest styles at great prices, to put together two
outfit options — a
dressy outfit, perfect for a night out on the town and a
more casual
outfit, still great for drinks, dinner and a movie!
While most of the fashion crowd paired their footwear with
more casual, comfy
outfits, others went the
dressy route with a silk maxi dress and furry coat.
Okay, they do take a little
more getting on than slides or thong sandals, but lace - up shoes can add a
dressier feel to an otherwise casual
outfit.
Keep the rest of the
outfit more dressy and form fitting.
While I often wear distressed denim (a staple in my wardrobe), I usually add in a
more feminine
dressier piece to my
outfits.
I particularly like it because it can make a simple
outfit seem a little

I think I almost love these

outfit more dressy, and at just over # 5 is a fantastic bargain.

Outfits
Some of those may be parties that call for a fun, festive Christmas
outfit, or a holiday event or concert that calls for a
more elegant,
dressy outfit.
In the second
outfit, I wore it as
more of a
dressier look and paired it with a structured leather jacket.
My photographer told me to wear a
dressier outfit and a
more casual one, but I have zero dresses at home that I feel would look good in our photos.
It looks like it works for
more casual looks but goes perfectly with that
dressy outfit as well!
If you feel like a dress or a
more dressy type
outfit is appropriate I might go with a «Flashier» work appropriate top.
I am totally a casual summer person... so much so, in fact, that I have recently realized I am in NEED (not want) of
more dressy summer
outfits for work attire.
A black wool dress is a great staple to have in the wardrobe and can form the basis of many

The last two weeks I showed you two
outfits that were a bit
more dressy.
Some updos and buns can read as casual, but paired with
outfits that already give off a
dressy vibe, they generally add yet
more formality.
I've been going
more of the jeans and heels route lately so I felt extra
dressy in this
outfit which is always fun for a random weekday.
I like to do the latter sometimes just to make formal or
dressy outfits more fun and less stiff, but, of course, it depends on the event I am going to.
I'm a heel lover, so my casual

But, I often find myself pairing it with something a little bit

A blazer can instantly make an

more professional, or a little
dressier.
Plus during the summer clothes are inherently
more casual, so it can be hard to find the right
outfit that looks
dressy but still chic.
White jeans are a great item to pack for a slightly
more dressy and polished evening
outfit.
It definitely makes an
outfit look
more dressy.
When I say casual I by no means think this
outfit is casual, but as a jumper it's much
more dressy.
My daily style is
more casual than
dressy but for a date night look I love to dress up and add feminine pieces to my
outfits.
Being a girly girl, I naturally gravitate towards
dressy looks... so sometimes I «forget» to post
more casual
outfits here on the blog.
I opted for the satin sash, which made the
