I promise that an
omelet made mostly from
egg yolks is incredibly rich and delicious, but if you'd rather use 2 whole
eggs or if
egg white omelets are
more your style, I won't stop you from going that route.

Omelet made from 6
eggs (
white + yellow), shredded cheddar, lots of other veggies; side of steamed broccoli in butter; 2
more spoons of almond butter after dinner
or
egg white omelet with bit o cheese / vegis, 2 coffee with 2 French vanilla sweetener in each (figured it saved me 120 sugar calories so I can eat
more good food)
