more eggs and cheese in one week than it has in a few months.

more difficult when you do n`t eat cottage
cheese, quark,
eggs and meat / fish.
So, I tried eating
more foods with B - 12 like good quality organic grass - fed
cheese, yogurt, milk,
eggs and I took B - 12 supplements.

Well, I don't know if my broccoli took up
more room than her sausage
and bacon or what, but once I mixed it up, there was no way I was fitting the potato / broccoli /
cheese mixture into the cups
and then cracking an
egg on top.

I used a ten inch pie pan so I increased the
eggs to five, added about 1/8 cup additional half
and half,
and a little
more SHARP cheddar
cheese.

While I'm typically drawn the classic version of carbonara for quick I've - got - nothing - in - the - pantry dinners, I also like taking the base of the sauce —
