symptoms predicted increased child mood and
emotional problems at 6 and 24 months of age.
In a community sample of mother - adolescent dyads, less
emotional flexibility of mother - child dyads during conflict interactions in early adolescence predicted
more anxiety and depressive
symptoms of adolescents 5 years later (Van der Giessen et al. 2015).
Those issues may include
