Despite their clear cut differences in tone and style, comparisons between Swingers and Made are inevitable, so to answer the burning question: with its many memorable lines and scenes (the classic one with the answering machine most quickly comes to mind), Swingers is the breezier, funnier,
more enjoyable film.
Fits & Starts (another SXSW suffering a bad and non-descript title), is
a more enjoyable film than both I mentioned, but it's whimsy and wit is also regrettably forgettable in both the film festival ocean of screenings and as a 2017 release on the whole.
A lot more could have been done to make this a far
more enjoyable film.
Again, I would have preferred a little more of the hypocrisy inherent with the mega-churches to have been explored and perhaps it would have been
a more enjoyable film.

Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising is a blindsiding comedy sequel, not just because it is surprisingly a much
more enjoyable film than its predecessor from 2014, but for the fact that its crowded team of five different writers actually managed to tell a follow - up story layered with social commentary on hot topics such as feminism, equality and double standards.
Guardians of the Galaxy is by for
a more enjoyable film, one that I can turn on any time and enjoy.
Jarmusch has always been a mixed bag in my book, but I do like Bill Murray a great deal, so it's no surprise that I find Broken Flowers to be
a more enjoyable film than the last several of Jim's efforts.
At least another 15 minutes or so could have been cut, which would have made it a much

If you're a
film buff like me, you're probably always hunting for good apps that help make the movie - going and viewing experience
more enjoyable.
One of the
more enjoyable things for me however, was how dark this
film really was.
Sure it doesn't make much sense that the teenagers of this small town that has outlawed dancing for five years could all dance so well, yet this is an
enjoyable film with a great soundtrack and John Lithgow as a character who is

more [or, rather, few]

When your leading lady is cast in a
film that's so obviously beneath her, it becomes

film's
more enjoyable aspects is its vibrant female characters.
After the mandatory splatter scenes, Ruben Fleischer's
film becomes
more character - driven and

So while Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid is a hugely
enjoyable movie - going experience, there's a certain cynicism in Goldman's writing that becomes increasingly apparent the
more times you watch the
film, and which casts him as a kind of puppet - master pulling our strings.
While it's highly unlikely that The Emperor's New Groove will ever be ranked among Disney classics such as The Lion King and Bambi, there's no denying that the
film is one of the studio's
more enjoyable (if entirely forgettable) efforts to come around in a while.
Sure, but that's a pretty safe prerequisite for a
film to demand these days, and the fact that it plays off them brilliantly with a mix of subtle and over-the-top performances makes Seven Psychopaths all the
more enjoyable a comedy.
Extras include a half dozen
enjoyable little featurettes, which include both content
filmed back in the 1980s and retrospective material from much
more recently.
It is a pity that the script doesn't quite have the courage of its convictions to provide a
more understated ending and instead lapses into the slightly saccharine final scene but it's only a minor blemish on an otherwise thoroughly
enjoyable film.
The experience of watching the
film is forever changed and one wonders just how much
more enjoyable it may have been were the events that unfold at the end of the first act a surprise.
More light - hearted comedy, than dumb slapstick, Has a few funny moments, overall
enjoyable film and worth seeing.
A little trimming by screenwriter Ol Parker and a little
more confidence in who the story is about — rather than a need to showcase every character as much as they can — would have been a quick and easy fix to a
film that's
enjoyable but spread thin.
Side Effects capably fits into the legacy of Soderbergh's filmography, and while it might not be the sort of grand sendoff we might expect from a competent and accomplished filmmaker, it does offer a genuinely
enjoyable film experience, and a
more than acceptable use of your time.
McTiernan's
film did not offer much in contemplation of wealth, inner peace, or even sexual attraction in regards to the romance that blooms between the two characters, but the
film exudes charm to this day, and provided Denis Leary with one of his
more purely
enjoyable performances in
film, right up there with The Ref and The Neon Bible.
(Update) Having now viewed the
film in both 24 fps and 48 fps I can say that the minor issue with cgi not blending with the its environment fully is virtually non existent in the 24 fps edit and despite the motion blur when the camera moves at pace it is an much
more satisfying and
enjoyable experience.
Far
more creative and
enjoyable than the standard retrospective route, this reunion, seemingly born out of DeVito's surprising and abundant passion for the
film, sees the cast revisit and re-enact their favorite moments, share props and costume design drawings, and bask in each other's company.
In that way, «Inferno» would be so much
more enjoyable if the viewer were unaware it were an Eli Roth
film.
I say «playing around» not out of some noticed carelessness that went into crafting this movie, but
more out of the playfulness, the near tongue - in - cheek aspect of You're Next that ultimately makes it one of, if not the, most satisfying, entertaining, and ridiculously
enjoyable films at Fantastic Fest.
9:35 am — Sundance — A Girl Cut in Two One of the last
films from great French director Claude Chabrol before his death, with Ludivine Sagnier as an up - and - coming TV personality faced with choosing between two men — with Chabrol at the helm, you know there's
more than that to it, and his touch for black comedy thrillers should make this one an
enjoyable watch.
It's a continual guessing game up until the last couple scenes of the
film, which makes the cinematic ride all the
more enjoyable to sit through.
While the later parts of The Deep could do with
more depth, and while its modesty will not be for everyone, the
film's stunning visuals and clean storytelling turn an already remarkable tale into a thoroughly
enjoyable film.
All that said, the
film is far
more enjoyable to think about and dissect than it is to watch.
A great
film if you wish to see
more of the same, an
enjoyable film regardless of the repetition.
Although those building Woody Allen Blu - ray collections will need no incentive to pick this up, those
more selective should find this to be one perhaps the most watchable and
enjoyable Allen
film that Twilight Time has handled to date.
