I usually wear dresses with full skirts for that classic 1950s look, however I've recently been looking for
more fitted skirt styles and this one was perfect for achieving a slightly different look to what I usually go for.

A note on the size chart like the one mentioned above doesn't necessarily mean you won't literally
fit in the smaller size if you choose to size down, it just means the item doesn't comfortably have a lot of give and you should size up if you want to be comfortable and ensure a
fit; there's a difference between squeezing into a
skirt that does up but gives you rib area muffin top and sizing up for a
skirt that
fits more comfortably though it isn't snug.
They'll look cute and breezy in the wind, but because the
skirt is a
more form -
fitting, you won't have to worry about pulling a Marilyn Monroe if a gust hits.
I love that the
skirt provides enough coverage to really slim my legs and my tummy, and the shirt is
more fitted, to really accentuate my hourglass shape.

With this fix I made sure to note if a dress or
skirt was
more fitted I would need a large instead of a medium.
Also, I wanted the
skirt more high - waisted to
fit the 90's vibes sorta, but if you're okay with it sitting a bit lower then I think it's pretty true to size!
but love the color, the
fit and the fabric are great... we also need
more feminine dresses and
skirts that are maxi length... not all plus size ladies like their legs showing and not so many skinny jeans, as we are not skinny so some of us are not comfortable with that look, give us some curvy boot cut in colors that would be great...
The overall
fit was better, but the

fit an hourglass figure.
