I'm delighted that Boden makes
a more fitted sweater, as opposed to some of my other favorite brands like J.Crew that prefer either shrunken (* shudder *) or oversized sweaters these days.
Some are one - size fits all, but in general I try to order the same size I would in
a more fitted sweater to make sure the proportions fit the way the designer intended.
While the XS works and it's nice to have a slightly
more fitted sweater, I prefer the looser sleeves of the size small (and the looser fit in the body, too).
At any rate, if I can hold out, odds are that
more fitted sweaters / jumpers will be the fashion for the 2015/2016 cold weather seasons.

Post my San Fran spree I've been rather naughty and invested in a few new Autumn pieces, these trousers (in this colour too, I love the cut so much it really seems to work on a curvy figure), a classic pair of jeans (it was about time I bought something a little
more fitted & gave the mom jeans a rest) and this roll neck
sweater (i really want this knitted jumper when it's out too).
Generally, baggier the top or
sweater, the
more fitted the rest of your outfit should be to balance out the look.
My off - the - shoulder
sweater and Girlfriend jeans (which you can hardly see but they're the perfect relaxed
fit and just a bit
more figure - flattering than Boyfriend jeans) are from the great Express sale that's going on right now.
I think if I had to pick a favorite between the two, I'd pick this outfit just because I prefer the
more oversized
fit of my bright red
sweater.
I do like to see women who make this sophisticated fabric look
more casual, by dressing it down with everyday basics, like bomber jackets,
sweaters or simply choosing a velvet dress in a relaxed
fit.

The
sweater runs a big large, so size down if you want a
more fitted look.
This
sweater fits the bump so well (
more tight in the stomach area).
Usually varsity
sweaters are a bit oversized, which I love as well, but this one is a little
more form
fitting with both shoulders dropped.
I love the side snaps on this
sweater because you can wear it loosely or
more form
fitting — depending on how many slices of pizza you just ate!
Since the
sweater is
more of a boxy
fit that could pass as a longer crop style, I decided to layer a flannel shirt underneath.
A comfy,
fitted top emblazoned with a funky bat (like Rachel Bilson's tee or Alexa Chung's Topshop
sweater) is a decidedly
more grown - up way to interpret the trend.
That
sweater in a
more fitted style would have looked much better, IMO.
I would like those pants better with the boxy
sweater if they were just a bit
more fitted through the hip.
Green, yellow, pink, orange, and

Therefore I chose my

In addition to body changes, drastically less free time and money to spend on shopping, curating clothes, and paying attention to fashion trends, and increased likelihood of kid staining, stretching clothes, theres also the fact that you basically put your entire wardrobe on ice for a year or
more due to pregnancy and nursing, so it doesn't really get the gradual updating over time that people normally do, so the little wardrobe details like how pants or
sweaters fit or which boots you have will just be a little
more behind the fashion curve.
I think the genius in this Vince
sweater is that the body is very loose and slouchy, but the arms are
fitted, which (in my addled brain) makes it look a bit
more sophisticated.
Off the shoulder
sweater — I got a size small and it
fits, but would probably do a medium instead for
more length and wiggle room.
A good half tuck makes a
sweater look and feel
more fitted than it actually is, and brings
more attention to your waist.
I love all the slouchy
sweaters that are so popular right now, but
more fitted ones like this really are
more flattering I think.
This was a better
fit and
more of a lightweight
sweater vs. the first one that was a stretchy tee.
Evening gowns, daytime frocks, boots, coats and oversized, cozy
sweaters were decorated with them, and while some skewed young — like the finale dresses adorned with sequins, sheer yokes, deep - V necklines and a sparky, bell - sleeved stunner modeled by Kaia Gerber — many of the covered - up looks seemed
fitting for a
more mature customer.
My favorite is definitely the Beach Haven top — it
fits more like an oversized lightweight
sweater than a t - shirt like the name suggests.
They call it a
sweater but it's really
more like a very well
fitted sweatshirt.
It is a looser
fitting dress and this gives the dress a
more appealing shape when wearing it without a
sweater, or jacket.

fit sweater and cute patterned flats.
Fit and flare
sweater dresses are
more effortless while shapeless styles require a little
more work to add back your curves.
Before that, I was
more into
fitted sweaters, but I'm glad I've embraced them because their so cozy and stylish.
Also, I've gained some weight, so many of my semi-
fitted hip - length
sweaters are now
more fitted waist - length ones, ha!

The
sweater is thin enough to wear as a top tucked into a skirt (or try high - waisted wide - leg jeans and pumps for something casually polished) and I sized up for a slouchy,

This look could easily go from day to night, maybe swap out the tee for a
fitted black
sweater, or go
more casual and throw on some Chucks.
So I turned my
fit - and - flare dress into
more of a drop - waist skirt by layering my long navy
sweater over it.

sweater fits you, I would either tuck it completely into the skirt or do a «half - tuck» for
