Smoothies for Breakfast
It's delicious but I always feel like it's
more a
fruit bowl or granola parfait than a
smoothie bowl.
Be it juices,
smoothies or dessert yoghurts,
fruit cells and
fruit pieces naturally enhance the flavour and mouthfeel of your products, giving beverages with a low juice content in particular significantly
more fruitiness and naturalness.
But
more often than not I'd rather drink a
smoothie with all of its fiber, or just eat a piece of goddamn
fruit.
Not only no
fruit will go to waste, but all
smoothies will be
more intensely flavored and will need and less sugar.
Frozen
fruit has SO many yummy uses, so I always have several varieties in my freezer for
smoothies, chia puddings, parfaits, desserts, and
more.
If I want ice cream, or a date night indulgent dessert bowl I'm perfectly happy to load up on just
fruit and cocoa — it's a divine combo for a
smoothie bowl let's be real, but for an every day meal I want something
more balancing this is my jam!
