I was surprised that the flavors were really good considering the simple list of ingredients (though I wish there was
more goat cheese!)
Spread goat cheese along the bottom of the crust and then add the pesto, roasted sweet potato, red onion, pears, pumpkin seeds and top with
more goat cheese.
Then I did goat cheese and dried tomatoes... great with a bit
more goat cheese under the broiler as bruschetta, and finally, black and green olive to go with spaghetti.....
This mixture gets spread on flatbread (I used naan) then topped with mozzarella cheese and a little
more goat cheese.
Prosciutto, sage,
more goat cheese, parm, and caramelized shallots complement the squash puree perfectly.

Fill the parmesan frico cups with about 1/4 cup of the tomato mixture and garnish with
more salt and pepper if desired and
goat cheese crumbles.

goat cheese and pistachios are optional but I think when combined with the squash and pears add in
more notes of savory flavor.

goat milk versus cow milk, further making
goat cheese more easily digestible.

Uh oh... and while I couldn't agree
more, I do know he's not as fond of
goat cheese as I am.
This salad is obviously ideal as a side dish but it's great as main meal too, just add some cooked quinoa or some crumbled
goat cheese to make it
more filling.

As for tacos we've been keeping it vegetarian with sauteed spinach and corn, black beans, avocado, and

Turn the beets out onto a plate, top with the creamy
goat cheese, sprinkle with
more herbs and serve.
Soup aside, the oil is also great drizzled on just about any kind of egg, over tarts, on potato dishes / salads - it even made a cracker spread with
goat cheese a little
more special.
We have chosen a
goat cheese and herb chicken for this recipe, but you can put
more or less anything from nuts, seeds, dried fruits,
cheeses to spreads of different kinds in it.
If you'd like to make this
