Cabbage and potatoes seem to be a common side (makes sense, given that they are sturdy vegetables) but we tend to
want more green vegetables so I need to keep an eye out for that.
One of the best ways to increase your greens is to eat
more green vegetables and powdered green super foods such as spirulina, wheatgrass or chlorella.
Seems to be
more green vegetables, I have no problems with mushrooms & bean sprouts — but leaves of any kind, broccoli, etc... forget it.
More green vegetables is always a win.
You can eat
more green vegetables (broccoli, spinach, collard, mustard greens, asparagus) and drink less wine as a genetic workaround.
For our entire lives, our doctors have been telling us to eat
more green vegetables — they practically get down on their knees and beg for us to put the bag of chips down and eat a salad, a bowl of steamed broccoli, a stalk of celery smothered in peanut butter, or even a single, solitary spinach leaf every once in a while.
