We've all heard
more than once that starting the day with a
healthy breakfast is great for the brain and the belly.
We think we have
more fun with it than most, as we show off in our Baker's Dozen eCookbook, featuring 13

That being said, if part of my goals for this year is to eat a
healthier /
more nutritious
breakfast, and I accomplish that goal 80 - 90 % of the time, I'd say that I'm doing okay.

So I figured out a way to «cheat» the system (or so I thought) when I first started trying to eat
more plants: I tossed a bunch of produce into the blender, flavored it with some
healthy items, added some protein, some cocoa powder, and made it into a thick smoothie that was like eating ice cream for
breakfast!
It's pretty easy to start eating
