Dressing up this

more festive occasion can be easily achieved by pairing it with a full skirt (try this or this)-- most likely what I'll be wearing to some this year's
holiday parties.
Usually no
more than a year out unless something is just an amazing deal (hello super cute $ 4
holiday sweater dress for age 4).
This

more exciting spoils from my vacation over the

Sooo, with fall comes all the most amazing things in the world: PSL, warm comfort food, fall baking, pumpkin everything, freshly fallen leaves, Thanksgiving AKA the best
holiday / food ever, pumpkins, CANDY CORN, caramel apples, apple cider, APPLE CIDER DONUTS, apple - anything no
more sweating, chunky
sweaters (to hide all the overeating of amazing food), dark lipstick, he list goes on and on and on because basically Fall is the best season ever.

This year, my office
holiday party is
more of a formal affair (think cocktail dress, not tacky
sweater), so I'm saving my Christmas garb for another occasion, like a house party or something.

More memories were made this weekend at our annual
holiday party, where we donned cute
sweaters courtesy of Boohoo, laughed with friends and snuck in a few puppy dog kisses along the way.
I will definitely be investing in some
more chunky
sweater once the
holiday sales start!!

Since I lean
more towards comfy, cozy on
holidays, I styled this
sweater with boots and jeans.
So, this year, while I'm hoping to stick to the
holiday wardrobe basics — a casual - long sleeve dress, cashmere
sweater, and of course, the LBD — I definitely plan on upping my style status in another,
more interchangeable department: accessories.
