It is our hope that the Good Samaritans will join AAPAW in saving
more lives by opening their own
homes to temporarily foster the
pet and provide food, shelter and care
for the
homeless pets they rescue.
Their devotion takes many forms, from providing free veterinary care to the
pets of
homeless people to raising money
for pet health research, offering support
for pets whose owners are in endof - life care, flying adoptable
pets to their distant forever
home, training people in
pet first aid and much
more
They strive to carefully seek new loving
homes for all cats and dogs, provide quality lifetime care
for those who are not yet adopted, support individuals who have rescued
homeless dogs or cats, educate the public and
pet owners about spay / neuter, behavioral counseling, counseling on any issues that might arise and public outreach toward a
more loving, responsible and permanent relationship with
pets.
In order to place
more homeless pets into loving
homes, we are now accepting pre-adoption applications
for the dogs in our stray - holding kennel.
The proceeds from sales in our store will be turned into cash donations
for animal rescue groups so
more adorable, deserving
homeless pets can find their forever
homes just like me.
