You may need to add
more kombucha tea depending on the density of your scoby.
Once you have the first batch done, after that it's just a matter of adding sweet tea when it's time to make
more Kombucha.
If you add
more kombucha, you'll end up with a regular sip - able smoothie, which is not what we're going for here!
