Instead of shoving the leftovers into the fridge and hoping that inspiration will strike, I'm intentional with what I want to do with them, which also takes the guesswork out of a few
more meals for the week.

I made this
for a quick

more (my husband who hates all things vegan).

week.

for winding down after a long

more time.

weeks ago and I used

Just dropping in to share the kind of recipe you, too, might make if you found yourself on a Thursday with a reasonably well stocked pantry, a lot of kale (or other greens you picked up at the farmers» market back on Saturday), and two sweet Italian sausages that you bought from the very same farmers» market
for way too many dollars and which are threatening to go bad if you don't find a way to integrate them into this

meal plan, a
meal plan that has already incorporated
more meat than you really like to eat.

week is antiquate
for teaching responsibility to your teen.
I know it seems like
more work and extra mess, so don't try and do it
for every
meal served, but one to two times a
week serve family
meals from serving bowls and plates on the table.
