I probably don't need
any more midi length skirts but I'm definitely considering skirts a more practical everyday option than I did before!
I have also been seeing
more midi length cocktail dresses lately and have been loving the classy and sophisticated take on cocktail wear.

length cotton skirt — I love the way it catches a breeze in the heat and, to me, it's much
more comfy to wear than shorts.
But really, there's something about the size of the pattern (I guess you could say it's
more crochet than lace), the hint of a collar and the

The reason I love this particular
midi skirt is not only the girly
length, but the flirty sheer panels that give it a younger
more modern vibe.
Perhaps try one that's
more midi dress if you can't get the
length to work, or one that's
more flowy in its style!

more often because it's practically throw and go.
We have many cheap clothes such as black dresses in mini
length,
more conservative ones in
midi length, and the ultimate in evening apparel in maxi

I don't do booties with anything but jeans myself, but I do think they look nice with a

Outside of a

length, two of the trends I find myself leaning
more towards a lot are off the shoulder tops and ripped jeans.

I think I would get a lot
more wear out of a fun, maybe sparkley
midi skirt (which is the
length I'd want my tulle skirt anyway).
While I had imagined this dress would hit at around the knee - ish, I'm okay with the
more ladylike
midi length too.
Just remember to play with proportions — for example, if it's a mini skirt, wear something
more demure up top (like a turtleneck), or if it's
midi length, balance the volume of the skirt with something
more fitted.
