movie franchise model is here to stay, but history shows us that the studios that aim for critical success with their
sequels tend to land
more hits at the box office.

movie since I like my own imagination's interpretation too much, but did end up reading the

sequels), is to create a narrative that somehow justifies such actions without completely overdoing it.
Ultimately, I like the concept of Detective Pikachu and will likely see the
movie when it releases, but hopefully the developers choose to challenge their audience a bit
more with any potential
sequel.
With funnier jokes, better animation and
more inspired references, this entertaining
sequel is considerably superior to the first
movie, boasting also a sweet message about love transcending all differences and characters much
more charismatic now than ever before.
There are some things that this
movie improves on a lot from the
sequels, the cinematography is pretty great, it didn't rely on nostalgia, it looks a lot
more professional and its a lot
more fun than the other
sequels.
If I could sum this
movie up into one word it would be «Phenomenal»!!!!! I just finished watching it and I will first say that I loved the first
movie a lot but the
sequel kicked everything into gear 100 %
more then the original.
