Question - I made these tonight, and they were good, but

(i have no ring molds) The whoopee pan was a nice size, the
muffin top pan (4 inches) was quite large,
more then I
like to eat in on sitting.
for all of you out there... which it sounds
like a lot that do nt fancy cake as much as other desserts, try making your cake / cupcakes in a
muffin top pan-less thick cakeyness and
more surface area for FROSTING!!
Probably because it's
more like eating a

Better Batter is what I use when I need a bit
more structure (
like cut out sugar cookies since it's a very simple doughs and I don't want it to fall apart at all) and / or a bit
more chew (
like gingerbread cake and morning glory
muffins).
First off who doesn't love those mason jars and it's perfect for valentine's day coming up and not only the color of the shake but the raspberries and sprinkles add so much cuteness to the shake... looks so good and I can't wait to try it out, but I love putting protein powders in my other foods
like my pancakes or
muffins, kinda makes them
more filling and a little
more tasteful in a way.
These are only lightly sweetened, which makes them
more bready and less cakey, which is what I
like in a
muffin.

I made adjustments including cutting way back on the liquid to
more like a 2:1:1:1 ratio and found the
muffin to be heavy and dense for its size.
Unlike those, which use all oatmeal, I added a little whole wheat flour to this batch to make it a little fluffier and
more like a typical
muffin.
Often they turn out
more like «
muffin tops!»

muffins for breakfast (they were okay, I would
like to work with the recipe to make it even
more chocolatey!)
Maybe that has got to do with the fact that they are drenched in booze...:) These
muffins turned out really tender and the rum flavor wasn't overpowering; they are not too sweet, so add a bit
more sugar if you feel
like it.
I love having
muffins around to snack on and even
more so when they are fun flavors
like this!
For example hidden in a
muffin or a smoothie if you're not a big fan or in this chia pudding if you
like them
more as they are, but even if chia seeds are not you're favourite I would urge you to try this recipe anyway because so far I have only had happy smiles in return when serving it.

like nutmeg and allspice, to give the
muffins more flavor.
If you added the correct amount of oats and flour, the dough should be wet and look
more like thick
muffin batter.
