I made them as mini
muffins and instead of your crumb
topping, I
topped them with your cream cheese frosting to make them
more birthday'ish.
i used 2 different sized cookie scoops to spoon this batter into the
muffin tins... i layered batter, cheesecake filling, and a little
more batter on
top.
Reduce the oven temperature to 375 °F and continue baking until the
tops of the
muffins are golden brown and a wire cake tester inserted into the center of a
muffin comes out clean, about 15 minutes
