I'm
more of a spoon girl when it comes to lemon curd — any bread product is just the vessel for as much golden, lemony goodness as I can fit on it.

spoon - feeding superficial, simplistic answers.

I do eat lots
of it with a
spoon, often straight from the processor, but my other (
more conventional) favourite way to eat it is in a rainbow bowl
of veggies and quinoa, using it as a deliciously creamy dressing!

To assemble cream puffs: Run a

I didn't use any heat, I put 1/2 cup
of coconut oil in a freezer bag and played with it like a stress ball until it went
more runny but was still white, added 3 table
spoons of runny honey to the bag and massaged it outside the bag to mix it again, added 1/2 cup

Rather than do the responsible thing, which would be to do further research and come up with
more exact proportions for the different spices, I grabbed a quarter teaspoon measure and
spooned out the exact same amount
of every spice.
To serve,
spoon out some
of the fava into a bowl or dish and garnish it with
more olive oil, capers, herbs, onions, spices, and a good squeeze
of lemon juice.
