of water, slowly chewing your food, taking fat burner supplements, eating lots
of bacon if you're on a Keto diet (come to think
of it, that's not that bad), trying all sorts
of natural weight - loss foods, sometimes even eating raw foods and the list goes on and on.

calories, you'll get
more than 20 %
of your
daily calcium and 4 grams
of fiber.
