On Paleo you may see yourself eating
more fish than you used to eat, because it is such a healthy meat, and something our ancestors surely would have eaten.
Also, commenting
on Paleo diet, I'm not sure just what it is, except that it's a diet of what some people think that our ancient ancestors ate ten thousand or
more years ago.
I have been focusing a lot lately
on cutting out
more sugar and carbs and leaning towards a
Paleo / ketogenic diet.
