When I started my blog and instagram account last year I started following way too many people, some because of their food, some for their lifestyle or creativity, some for the aesthetics... but recently I realized that I spend so much time scrolling through my feed, comparing, feeling bad about my work, my
life or simply not good enough that I decided to unfollow quite a few of those accounts, keep only the ones that make me feel good and
positive and to focus
more on creating, shooting, baking, styling so basically all those
things that make me happy and fulfilled and being the reason why I started doing this
in the first place!
In most cases, change will often be a
positive thing, and even if
things do not improve at first, at the very least,
life at Arsenal will be a little
more interesting.
And if, as they grow up, they are shaped or influenced
in some mysterious way by their births, I hope it will be part of what makes their
life textured
in a rich and
positive way and that the over-arching
thing that they take with them is a deep knowing that they were each welcomed with immense love from their parents — certainly
more love than I ever thought I had inside me.
When you practice being
positive, you'll be amazed at how it can lift your mood and lead to
more positive things happening
in your
life.
Intentional
living means knowing exactly how you want to
live your
life, and then making conscious choices daily that support you
in staying
in the mindset where you look for and allow these
things to happen: savoring every moment of your day (even just the small
things, like someone letting you out
in traffic, a beautiful ray of sun beaming across the sky, or a hug from your child or your partner),
more laughter, and
positive anticipation that
things are unfolding
in your
life the exact way they should be.
Adopting a mindset that's open to
positive change will be essential for helping you drink
more water, jumping
in a cold shower first
thing in the morning, sitting up straighter, being
more outgoing, or integrating different elements of
life into our workout routines.
And for a vegan bodybuilder who must unfortunatelly play tetris with the food sources that he choses
in order to give to his body the right ammounts of aminos, restricting SPI and soy foods so much does not make his goal any easier.There are sometimes that you need a meal thats complete with aminos and soy provides that meal with the additional benefits of lacking the saturated fats trans cholesterol and other endothelium inflammatory factors.I'm not saying that someone should go all the way to 200gr of SPI everyday or consuming a kilo of soy everyday but some servings of soy now and then even every day or the use of SPI which helps

Although the diagnosis was tragic, she has always looked at the
positive side of
things, and described it as a
life - changing experience,

To point out just a couple of
things: — oceans warming slower (or cooling slower) than lands on long - time trends is absolutely normal, because water is
more difficult both to warm or to cool (I mean, we require both a bigger heat flow and
more time); at the contrary, I see as a non-sense theory (made by some serrist, but don't know who) that oceans are storing up heat, and that suddenly they will release such heat as a

in the same time they have to cool (because they are losing heat); so, I don't feel strange that
in last years land temperatures for some series (NCDC and GISS) can be heating up while oceans are slightly cooling, but I feel strange that they are heating up so much to reverse global trend from slightly negative / stable to slightly
positive; but,
in the end, all this is not an evidence that lands» warming is led by UHI (but, this effect, I would not exclude it from having a small part
in temperature trends for some regional area, but just small); both because, as writtend, it is normal to have waters warming slower than lands, and because lands» temperatures are often measured
in a not so precise way (despite they continue to give us a global uncertainity
in TT values which is barely the instrumental's one)-- but, to point out, HadCRU and MSU of last years (I mean always 2002 - 2006) follow much better waters» temperatures trend; — metropolis and larger cities temperature trends actually show an increase
in UHI effect, but I think the sites are few, and the covered area is very small worldwide, so the global effect is very poor (but it still can be sensible for regional effects); but I would not run out a small warming trend for airport measurements due mainly to three
things: increasing jet planes traffic, enlarging airports (then
more buildings and
more asphalt — if you follow motor sports, or simply
live in a town / city, you will know how easy they get very warmer than air during day, and how much it can slow night - time cooling) and overall having airports nearer to cities (if not becoming an area inside the city after some decade of hurban growth, e.g. Milan - Linate); — I found no point about UHI
in towns and villages; you will tell me they are not large cities; but,
in comparison with 20-40-60 years ago when they were «countryside», many small towns and villages have become part of larger hurban areas (at least
in Europe and Asia) so examining just larger cities would not be enough
in my opinion to get a full view of UHI effect (still remembering that it has a small global effect: we can say many matters are due to UHI instead of GW, maybe even that a small part of measured GW is due to UHI, and that GW measurements are not so precise to make us able to make good analisyses and predictions, but not that GW is due to UHI).
There are other
more positive things to do
in life than read that kind of crap, we'll see how long i last here.
